To ease my work flow, I'm trying to reassign a bunch of common shortcuts to a wireless numberpad. Most of this has gone well. However, I can't seem to find a way to assign the 'change brush cursor size' shortcut to a numpad key. It seems that this shortcu.

OT can change brush size with keep Alt and move mouse tip. But when use shortcut with Alt essential, Maybe you change brush size error. Adobe photoshop use Alt+RightClick for that. Maybe need brand-new function for change Min/Max size separately. (shift horizontal and vertical mouse tip) |

It should end up being configurable. It used to be ctrl and it was incredibly bad. People believed it has been a pest. Every period you ctrl+z a brush stroke you made, it would accidentally change the size of your brush. I wouldn't use a modifier essential for this. Using alt will get in the way with something for sure On 20 Jun 2016 09:00, 'Soumitra Saha' [email protected] published:

Under the Device Modifiers tab of the Configure Shortcuts windows, there'h listed cutting corners to change the minutes and maximum brush size. Nevertheless, they don't really seem to perform anything. Do these actually function for anyone? |

the types in the modifier tab seem to be incremental increase/decrease. The one proposed here will be structured on cursor position - while a button is kept. Seeing that mentioned before- toonz already has this efficiency in harlequin- it is certainly arranged to use the ctrl essential. That will be a terrible design option, because nearly continually after making a incorrect stroke and you ctrl+z it - the software program resizes the size of your brush to some ridiculous amount. It is usually a issue still in harlequin i think. I feel happy opentoonz removed it - that matter was frustrating as hell. But I consent on the sentiment that getting the option to provide it a specific modifier essential (like a letter on the keyboard, anything but ctrl, shift or alt) would end up being much better than completely removing it. As for incremental resize of brush ideals- that is certainly well captured bug. it will not function. I submitted a pest record: #480 |

That seems like a good default as it wont intervene with undo, redo and viewport selection On 20 Jun 2016 15:46, 'konero' [email protected] authored:

I has been looking at this program code yesterday. It doesn't appearance like it would end up being too difficult to apply. I am away and received't become able to touch it for a little bit, but it shouldn't become too tough. |

I concur with @adamearle, Krita does it actually well: Change+LeftClick amp; Move (to the best to increase, to the remaining to decrease). I wear't find the want to make use of multiple changer secrets or the correct mouse key. Shift+LeftClick amp; Move is really simple but hard to trigger by accident, try out it. The alteration to independently change the Minutes/Max radius could end up being included to OpenToonz , as @2deyesight recommended, with: Left/Right Pull - Potential size decrease/increase Down/Up Drag - Minutes size lower/increase It shouldn't get too very much to teach your muscles memory to make use of this, and it stays very near to another item of great FLOSS software. Think about the overlapping user base, as well. |

I produced a PR for this concern on #685. Right right now it utilizes Ctrl + Alt as the trigger keys to end up being constant with Painter and Cut Studio Color. Computer mouse up/down changes max worth, mouse remaining/right adjustments min worth. I like Krita, but the method the brush device is configured right now, hitting whether or not really there is certainly a changer key actually paints. @blurymind this isn'capital t configurable however, but Ctrl + Alt are easy to reach on both mac and home windows key-boards, so it should still be workable. |

Hey, it's great having a brush-size shortcut that works like this - but maybe should furthermore work regularly for the eraser? 'U' amp; 'I' work for the eraser but not really CTRL+ALT |

l haven't drawn in weeks, and I dislike myself fór it. So l possess up to date Manga Facilities to Clip Studio, brought in my brushes, and right now I'm trapped on the pén.
With only one switch on the pen aspect, I know it's á 'right-click' button, therefore I went into Changer Key Settings, Common Configurations, then scroll down and fór 'right-click' l have 'Switch Brush Dimension' selected.
lt doesn't seem to function with the Surface Pro Note down, where I keep the part button then move the pen on the display screen. Instead of changing the brush size, it just draws with thé brush.
lt will function with the correct click of the ArcTóuch mouse and dragging the pen. If the ArchTouch mouse will be shut, the right-cIick of the mousépad and using my hand works - but not really with the pén.
Undér Dog pen amp; Touch, I perform have Dog pen Button utilized as right-click comparative.
I put on't understand if I was missing something (its ended up a few weeks), or do they break this feature ?
Anyone got an idea ?
